Our services include but not limited to:

Project Management and Implementation: Monitoring and evaluation for projects and programmes and, using advanced project management strategies to highlight areas that will contribute to the achievement of project objectives.

Training, Capacity Building, and Workshops: Training of new and existing farmers on new Tomatoes and Orchard farming Technology; TOPAN undertakes farmer based participatory training needs assessments for capacity building; develops and prepares tailor-made training modules and capacity building programmes; and delivers short and/or long-term knowledge and skills-based training through seminars and workshops to target members.

Product Marketing Strategy: Market Research and development of products

Advisory Services: regular farmers field days for educational as well as exposure to new developments; provision of agricultural services such as starter park; farming tools, loan facilities, seeds, fertilizer, agro-chemicals, weather information, etc.

Contract Farming: maintaining the volume and regularity of product supplies in order to operate at a reasonable proportion of planned capacity. We enter into formal contracts with local companies. The contracts involve providing assistance to farmers in return for the farm produce. Contract farming comes in various forms and includes long/ short term purchasing arrangements, out-grower schemes, etc.


Our programmes are sustained by profits realized from farming activities, bank-loans, grants and other investments. We also give seedlings to farmers by partnering with finance institutions for funds management.
